Increase of Share Capital – 08/01/2021

By unanimous decision, the Board of Directors of the Foundation, chaired by Mr. Hercules Manelidis approved its decision of 08/12/2020 to increase the share capital by 240.000 euros. The increase was carried out through a cash contribution by the shareholders by increasing the number of common nominal shares by 80,000 (eighty thousand) with a share value of EUR 3 (three).
