According to the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Payment Institutions are obliged to collect and report account data for their customers with tax residence in a country participating in the automatic exchange of information and to transmit these to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue on an annual basis.
Includes the European Union Directive 2014/107/EU as well as Directive 2015/2060/EU on the exchange of information. Also, Law 4428/2016 includes the ratification of a Multilateral Agreement between Competent Authorities for the automatic exchange of financial account information.

All necessary data, details and information are kept and stored securely by the Institution exclusively for the purpose for which they are intended, applying the provisions of European Regulation EU/2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. Similarly, the data transmitted relate to the obligations of Intel Express S.A. in accordance with Law 4378/2016 and Law 4428/2016.
