  1. This website www.intelexpress.gr is owned by the company under the name “INTEL EXPRESS Payment Institution” and the distinctive title “INTELI EXPRESS” licensed by the BoG, operating in the broader financial sector providing payment services within the framework of par. 3, Art. 4, Law 4537/2018 and the European Directive 2007/64/EC replaced by PSD 2, Directive (EU) 2015/2366 and is located in Athens, Attica, at 57 Menandrou and Vilara Streets.
  2. Visitors to the website of InteliExpress must carefully read and understand the terms of use and the conditions of provision of services and products that follow. They also declares the unconditional and full acceptance of these before using the pages and services of the company in conjunction with the General and the Special Terms of Transaction that may govern the relationship between the company and the customer. In case they do not wish to be bound by these terms, they must not make use of them, otherwise they are deemed to accept them. They must comply with the national, European and international relevant legislation, refrain from illegal acts, abusive practices and refrain from any anti-competitive, bad faith and generally improper behavior.
